Hyatt Place Jacksonville Airport

breakfast was very good! Room was clean but needs updating . Hotel was old and could use some modernizing.

They didn't give me a receipt, they said Bookings.com would send it. I haven't recieved it yet.

Location was great. Breakfast was nice. Front desk staff was very congenial

The shuttle driver, was not very professional. He did not assist with doors or offer a stool to help a woman climb in and out. My husband grabbed the stool out of the front seat for the woman. He talked on his phone the whole time he was driving. When we had difficulty closing the sliding door, he told us to get out and close it from the outside. Wasn’t that his job?

The hotel was very nice & clean.

I was very disappointed with the unprofessional service I received from an employee named Erica. When I arrived and explained that I needed to check in, she informed me that there were no clean rooms available and that I would have to wait until 4:00 p.m. I explained that my reservation and check-in date were actually for the previous day and that I had already been charged $140, so I expected a room to be available. Erica then told me that I had already been checked out, which was extremely confusing since I had never checked in to begin with. Unfortunately, her attitude and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation even more unpleasant. That being said, the hotel itself is extremely nice, and I would absolutely continue recommending this hotel to my friends & family. I will not allow the poor service and attitude of one employee to prevent me from making future reservations. However, I do believe this situation should be addressed so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

Very dated, it's seen better days and the weekend is apparently a free for all because of the stay vacation. Pool water all over the floor in the hallway and the elevators!
