Comfortable bed and nice room.

Shower water wasn't hot it was luke warm. Definitely need a different hot water system update and bigger shower heads in the shower. Elevator needs update goes slow. I made it up to the 4th floor using the stairs faster then my partner using the elevator.

The room was really comfortable especially the fact that I was in a bad shape physically and mentally.

I was a bit dissatisfied that I couldn’t get a late check out since my flight was like 7 hrs apart from check out but I was advised why so it’s not much of a big deal.

Cleanliness both room and facility

I encountered 3 front desk staff during my stay. The first male staff was not friendly or helpful. He basically did his paperwork, gave me the card keys to my room, and inform my room #. No explanation about the facility, amenities, or check out time. Only when I asked, he rudely told me “ no free Internet. If you want internet, use your last name and room number” without further explanation about this internet service or fees. For a $158.00+ plus tax a night but no free internet access and rude attitude, I first impression was, “not coming back.” I do have choices and for sure better deals and treatment elsewhere. The 2 other staffers were friendly. Variations for breakfast would be nice. Same food choices for breakfast were served on both days of my stay.
