Very clean and modern. Not a lot of breakfast options, but what they had was good. The lady who put out the breakfast was very friendly.
There was a group of ladies in front of us who took 25 minutes to check in. They should have called for back up.

We have stayed here twice in our travels to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The staff both times were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water temperature in the showers were kinda hard to regulate other than that we would stay here again. It's not a resort but it's a good place to lay your head for the night.

Beds were comfortable, easy access, decent rate
Run down a bit, room wasn't very clean, waited to be checked in as the front desk person was elsewhere - waited 10 minutes, was checked in to a room where key did not work - went back and still did not work, got a new room after attendant tried but could not open room, breakfast area was not kept up- missing food, spills on floor
