Easy + friendly check-in, cozy room, friendly staff, proximity to the buses was great, picturesque mountain views 🏔️ (also the lobby smells amazing?)
Shower pipes were loud during use + bathroom has a window so if you turn the lights on in there, it wakes everyone up 😅 but wasn’t a huge issue!

Location and the availability of the restaurants.
Lamp shade wasn’t working, dryer takes a while to dry clothes and no available cafeteria inside when restaurants outside easily get packed and closed early.

Great ski in ski out location. Good amenities in the room, such as microwave and washer/dryer. Francisco from the ski valet desk is super helpful.

Really enjoyed the area of the property
Didn’t enjoy that I wasn’t told we would be sharing a room pretty much and our “kitchenette” was not actually a kitchenette just a microwave in the middle of the room. Also didn’t like that maintenance tried coming into our room at 10 when checkout it as 11.
