I loved the location, being close and convenient to other amenities. Justin was wonderful in our stay, there was an issue with the room. Justin cleared everything up for a great stay. Justin was very helpful with everything.
Housekeeping did not clean room the entire stay

I loved that there was more than enough shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. It wasn't the small tubes that you get at other hotels I have stayed in.
As I was getting ready this morning, a baby roach went across the bathroom floor.

Many, many Americans have high blood sugar. I appreciate the bacon and eggs option. It would be nice to have some unsweetened yogurt as wll.
I would have been nice to have a blanket left in the room. I sleep well in a cold room, but I needed a blanket. I was too cold the first night

The staff were great and it was very clean. The room was spacious and breakfast was good.
Booking advertised a heated pool for this hotel which was a large reason for why we chose the property. The pool was located on the fifth floor outside which received no sun and was way too cold to swim in. We told our three kids that they would be able to swim here and this was a huge disappointment.
