Location. Everything was made easy. And staff made us feel welcome and important.

The location was great and there where great amenities in the hotel. They had a coffee shop downstairs as well as a bar/restaurant. They also had a restaurant and a fitness facility.
The lighting in the room when it was late and dark. It would have been nice to have some stronger lights however wasn't really an issue. Also the parking is pretty expensive but was a nice area and very fair price on the room.

Location is great. Straight through to Hollywood Boulevard.
Shower was a walk without a bath (Note: A hand shower would have made it perfect)
Avis counter was unmanned whenever we went. Was supposed to be open 9am to 3pm, which is not great times when you have things to do during the day, but no one was there after 9 on two of the days we tried to contact them.

I stayed here in August and was charged an unexpected $45 on my card after checkout. I already paid for all my incidentals in cash and have the receipt. The hotel completely ignores my emails and refuses to clarify or refund the money. Unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.
