The staff when we arrived was very outgoing and helpful.

The staff in the morning we checked out was disinterested and spent all her time on her phone after showing up late. The breakfast was sub standard.

Everything.the room was clean smelled good.bathroom was clean and comfortable with the handicapped equipment.friendly and understanding staff.willing to get up and help without hesitation....

Breakfast was minimal. Didn't bother to eat on second morning. Location was adjacent to interstate highway - quite noisy.

Room on 2nd floor. No elevator for disabled spouse. No telephone in room. Contact with front desk was through 800 number. Shortage of minimal towels, had to request more.
