The very best thing about this facility was the front desk employees. The fellow with the long dark hair was warm, welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in me and my needs. The woman with the short dark hair was cheerful, pleasant and accommodating. I had one issue during my stay and she addressed it right away. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast had eggs, potatoes, and sausage, waffles, packet oatmeal, 2 kinds of cereal and bread and bagels to toast. There were muffins and some green apples, juices, milk, coffee and tea. Easy access from the freeway.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I didn't give it a ten because that is ranked exceptional and this can't be compared with that kind of hotel but I have no complaints.

The rooms were updated and the bed and pillows were comfy. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool. Breakfast was pretty standard, not a lot of options but still good for a breakfast included with the stay.

Thin walls of the hotel, our neighbors were very disrespectful of quiet time and had music blasting so loud that you could hear it through the hallway and into our room. Other than the other guests the stay was relaxing. I do wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, especially the sink area there was not a lot of room for toiletries.

Great location off of the expressway. Close to restaurants. Clean rooms and common areas. Loved the baked cookies and have a 24 hour coffee bar. Also loved the iced coffee option.

The breakfast was sub-standard and really bare bones. On top of that when I went in at 8:30 there were no eggs and no meat at all. The eggs showed up 10+ minutes later and the sausage or whatever it was showed up another 5-10 minutes after that. I told the desk staff and they said someone was working on it and then said "you're welcome" in a very rude & snarky way. The selections were the barest minimum and prepared with no care at all. Just dumped out. Very unappetizing. The bacon served the day before was terrible. No potatoes. Breakfast room cleanliness wasn't great either. I've eaten in many hotels like this and understand this is the "universal breakfast" but this version was very poor and running out of food at 8:30 on a Sunday is inexcusable. You have one job for breakfast...do better.
