The whole thing!
Nothing

I liked the location and of how clean the room was. It has everything you need.
I didn't like that the recreation area has no machine to exchange bills for coins. Maybe they could make it more user friendly for children and my son was sad when I told him we did not have coins for the machines.

This is our yearly trip with our 96th year old mother. We always ask for a bottom room and its always been provided to us. Beautiful pines and the rooms are spacious. Love this place!!
Nothing.

Great stay, location is nice, pine forest out back windows and balcony was very nice. Very spacious rooms. The only complaint is there is no AC, which i knew before i booked. Also, its a time share rented by resort owner, not individual time share owners. Per several other reviews, they can cancel your reservations with little to no notice if time share owner decided to stay. This didn't happen to us but buyer beware it could.
No AC, upper floors are hot in the summer
