I loved the location, pricing and the staff. Personable staff, perfect location to tourist attractions and great pricing given the location.

Just the small parking roundabout for unloading luggage and etc.

Close to the DC monuments

This hotel is close to the mall, but not within walking distance for everyone. The design of the room was nice. Beds were comfortable. The pool is nice for kids. The staff was courteous. The restaurant was good - limited menu but it certainly met our needs.

We’ve stayed here MANY times! Every time we visit my sone at GWU we stay here. We love the location and how clean it is!

I didn’t like that my TV didn’t work the rocket night. We checked in late cuz our drive from NY ended up over 6 hours. We went right to dinner. When we came home we “turned on” the TV, o my it didn’t work. It just ready “Loading” and never loaded. They offered to moved us but after a 6 hour plus drive at 11:30 I’m not up to move! So, I brought this to their attention and the best they could do was points on my Bonvoy account which is BS. It’s over $300 a night. I have expect to be able to watch TV and relax at night, but instead we watched a movie on our iPhones 👎 To boot, the woman at the front desk developed an attitude towards me! Like really? You’re doing to take this personally?!? GTFOH! Sorry but I stay here regularly with my daughter and we are respectful and clean. I expect the same back but sadly this time I did not, at least not from this Ken woman. Sadly she ruined my stay. I LOVED this hotel too, but time to find something else!
