For a continental breakfast it was excellent. Chef made an overnight French toast that was yummy. The views, the horses, the staff, the local bear visit.. loved it all!

Location quiet, nice people, stables next-door, acute small airplane, runway across the street. They had tennis courts right down the road from Littleton, which is the cutest town in New Hampshire. It was comfortable.
Nothing really I enjoyed my vacation by myself. It was peaceful, and the place was perfect.

The outside hot tub was great!
The place smelled horrible, like a septic issue. The smell was throughout the entire facility. Also, although the outside hot tub was nice, they need to have a bench or something closer to put towels on. We had to lay our stuff on the snow and ice.
