Room was cozy. Could control the thermostat.

The mirror in the bathroom looked like a strobe light and then the side light started to flash like a strobe light. Asked for two extra towels and was repeatedly asked for my name and room number. Staff was cordial, but didn’t say a whole lot. During breakfast it was very messy and the garbage cans were overflowing. The back of the hotel was a little sketchy because there were people hanging out and smoking. There was hair that was not ours on the bathroom floor and the shelves in the bathroom were pretty dusty. They gave us 2, 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and we ended up running out of toilet paper. There was one elevator for the entire hotel, and the maids also used it. It took forever, and the buttons did not work. This hotel was kind of close to the interstate and it was a little bit loud at times.

The staff was very friendly and polite

It didn’t seem to have enough staff. The pool area was dirty. The breakfast area needed a full time attendant. Garbages in and out of the building needed changed more.
