The front desk guy was nice this morning. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast lady was super nice.
Front desk wouldn't give me a trash bag for the room trash can. They don't give more than one shampoo and conditioner and 1 body wash. Breakfast was very limited. It had no cream cheese and no tea no pastries no muffins and no meat.

The only thing was on the fourth floor the floor was like caving in a little bit like there's water damage or whatever so that might want to be fixed and before someone falls through

I came to Lakeland for a funeral. My mind was focused on that but I had no issues with my stay at the hotel. Thank you.

I stayed here a lot years ago. The front desk knew me that was nice. She was a very very nice person good to see her again
