Pleasant stay over all. Great location to visit all the historic places in Hyde Park.

Both Wi-fi and our cell reception were pretty choppy which might be because of the area and not because of the hotel.

Close to attractions we wanted to see. Felt secure. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast. Small but adequate workout room. Staff very kind and helpful. Bhagavad Gita in room.

Would have loved an outdoor sitting area away from the designated smoking spot. Seemed like there was room on grassy areas in back parking lot.

When we checked in, it was very difficult to understand what the person at the front desk was saying. We could not lock the window in our room. The bathroom door stuck and it was not clean. The fridge barely worked to keep some bottles of water cold. We were told breakfast ran until 10:30. We came down at 9:40 and there was practically nothing left. My wife, children and I took a few things that were left to eat. There were people that came down after us and there was nothing left for them. We were there for 30 minutes eating and the food was never refilled.
