Sleep Inn & Suites Shreveport near Medical Center

We stay here each time we have to be in town. Great customer service and clean place to stay.

The staff was very courteous very attentive very clean the breakfast was awesome fresh fresh coffee every morning clean the rooms everyday if you want service just all around wonderful atmosphere if you're doing any traveling in Shreveport

Good location for visiting and clean. The staff were very nice. Especially the ladies that keeps the breakfast coming.

The room was clean. Check-in was easy.

The bathroom was strange - I had an accessible room (without requesting) but the shower was kind of around the corner from the entrance and dark because there was no lighting in it. There was a LOT of traffic noise as my room backed up to I-49. I also think there were long-term guests (like stay by the month) which always makes me uncomfortable as a single traveler. The A/C couldn't keep up with the heat but it was around 100 degrees with high humidity, so that's probably not an issue all the time.
