La Quinta by Wyndham Allen at The Village

I liked that the property parking lot was spacious, all amenities were open including the pool and breakfast, safe location, and modern rooms. I’ve stayed in 5 different hotels in the Richardson-Allen area for work and this is now one of my favorites.

When needing quarters for the laundry room the staff attendant was no where to be found and another guest was already waiting in the lobby for a long period of time. For context this was around 8PM.

Tianna that usually works the morning shift and 6 in the evening are wonderful. They are very understanding and they accommodate for the things that I need within the room and they show compassion and I feel like they treat everybody how they want to be treated, which makes me feel comfortable to stay there with my son.

We met with the manager, Keny, about changing our room. He was kind, listened, and made a change for us to another room. It was a great room & we were thankful that he made it available. Ti Anna, at the front desk, also was very kind and took care of some of our needs. We have stayed at this location before & will be staying there again in the future, if we need a hotel in this area. They have a breakfast area .... fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, you can make your own waffles, 3 or 4 dry cereals to pick from, yogurt, pastries, small muffins, (and more, but that's all I remember)..... and Seattle's Best coffee - very good coffee!
