Location was nice, outside the city but not too far, about a 15 min drive to downtown. Room was large and clean. Entire hotel staff was super friendly. Decent Breakfast. Shower water temperature and pressure was great.
Pillows could be a bit larger.

Our was not cleaned as expected the bed was made but no bar soap was replenishes coffee was not replenished and surface not cleaned sweeper wasn’t ran could of been better in that area

River view. Comfortable beds.
Lack of attention to details. Empty shower bottles, trash left in drawers, door sticks and hard to open, ice machine broken, toilet seat doesn't fit and cockeyed.

The room we, my husband and I, stayed in was very clean. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't address that issue, however my husband did have the breakfast and he said it was okay. The location was perfect for what we were going to do while in Pittsburgh.
The room air conditioner, although it was set at 68 degrees, did not seem to be putting out cool air. There was air coming out it just wasn't cool. The cold water tap in the sink came out warm to hot for me. It was not pleasant brushing my teeth.
