Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City

The room was clean and spacious

The bathroom was tiny. All common areas smelled like cigarettes

That it was clean washed all the towels was available

I could not get a late day without them charging me $35 for an extra hour

The location on the boardwalk.

You need to seriously consider upgrading to state of the art smart streaming tvs. What you offer now are antiquated.

Room was very clean and nice. Like being next to Hard Rock,

Took a longer time than I was told to check into the room. Wasn't ready with King bed so I asked for something different (Got two Queen beds). The hotel clerks talk to damn fast so that you can't half understand what the hell they are saying. They didn't give a damn about me waiting and I'm a senior citizen with back problems sitting in lobby chairs waiting hours. They should have offered me a free stay next time. They were a little rude, and tried to tell me that I was lying and had already been staying there for 1-2 nights (they had the wrong person) then apologized to me.
