We paid an extra $10 at booking for breakfast and it was far beyond what we expected. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect.
General cleanliness in shared areas—floors needed vacuumed or swept, etc.

Breakfast was not included, that was my criticism for the expense of the room, breakfast should have been included.

Not enough towels and washcloths in the room. No room service to provide clean towels- I've never had this before. Hot tub was not functioning and the pool was so damn cold. I booked a hotel for a pool and was seriously unimpressed. The room and hotel were decent, though.
The pool was shit and hot tub was down.
