The staff was friendly and accommodated our request for an earlier check-in since we had a wedding to attend. We appreciated their flexibility.
The property seemed a little bit tired and worn.

Cheaper than other steamboat properties but you get what you pay for
Looked somewhat rundown. Old furniture in the room. No elevator. Breakfast not until 7.

Room was excellent - nice and big and the laundry room was perfect to get some laundry done while traveling.
When I went down in the morning around 8 am there was no coffee left in the coffee pots. There was nobody at the front desk to reach. When our party of 3 went back down about 30 minutes, there was hardly any food left in the stainless dishes and still no coffee. The front desk girl was on her phone in the side room and then made some food.

Friendly staff.
Dirty and in disrepair.
