The location
Dogs barking down the hall, the bathtub faucet coming off during my shower and almost hitting me, the frig not really working, breakfast was more like cardboard tasting. NOT - NOT - NOT worth the price. And then when I handed the front desk the faucet (that almost hit me) - they laughed but not a single word of "How can we make this better? We are so sorry. Can we do something to reduce your bill . . . . " NOTHING
