Personal staff, Service, clean room.
Never got warm water. Cold showers suck ... literally cold both in the evening and in the morning. If it would have been hot, would have given you 10 out of 10. Expectations in a hotel stay: friendly staff, quiet and clean room, good bed and pullows, clean towels, and a hot shower.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was very nice. The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly, location was perfect to all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and comfortable at the location.
We had some issues with the shower temperature. When someone in a nearby room showered or flushed the toilet the water temperature would either go hot or cold. Shower had good water pressure.

The location was great, close to red rocks and not a far drive to downtown Denver
The sheets and towels were all stained. The bed had crumbs in it like the sheets hadn’t been changed.
