Jennifer, the Manager, was awesome!
There was a billing discrepancy but Jennifer took care of it. Again, she was awesome!

Good area
A little pricey for a building that’s a little run down floors were sticky on hallway and elevator

The staff was really attentive. The property is in a good location. The room was clean.
There were never enough towels. I feel like every time we asked for towels they told us we needed to give them more time. Maybe they need more towels. The bathroom out at the swimming pool needs to be cleaned or checked on more often. Maybe offer towels out at the pool.

Location
The staff was rarely at the counter, had to wait alil bit till the man came back from cigarette break... bc he said he didn't know anybody was there... no bc he was out smoking!
Also our floor smelled BAD, somebody was cooking(I guess) but it was horrible!
