From beginning to end, the front desk staff was phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were quite comfortable and the room/facilities were well maintained/clean. I was also impressed with the quality and selection of products available during the included breakfast. In addition, the coffee and cookies were a nice touch. The pool area was nice and I was pleased to see that they are salt water versus chlorine.
The bathroom in my room was quite outdated. In addition, the fan was not working well for circulating air throughout the bathroom. With the door open and fan on, it was extremely stuffy and humid. This made getting ready extremely uncomfortable and difficult. My only other complaint would be the difficulty in finding drinking water/water fountain. The water fountain in the pool area was out of order and the water dispenser in the gym was short lived.
