Courteous staff and very accommodating.
Nothing...

The room was represented well online. No surprises at check in.
The sink was not clogged but close to it. It took a long time for the sink water to go down. Simple maintenance, not a big deal for us.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.
Breakfast was kind of sad. Not many options, items were usually out. But coffee is available 24 hours.

Staff was nice and the room was clean.
Wifi was probably worst I have seen in last 15 years (colleagues were staying in different rooms, had the same issue). It was breaking all the time (I'm not talking youtube watching; you can't send an email) and when it was not - it was asking to authenthicate multiple times a day. Totally unacceptable.
