Comfort Inn Opelika - Auburn

Comfortable setting, great location

Price for the rooms didn’t match the value of the building

I appreciated having Crackel Barrel close by for dinner. I didn't have to travel far at all.

Hotel was ok, front desk could use some customer service training. TV in my room did not work and I go downstairs to relate to front desk. I was told they had no one to fix TV at this point in evening, but I could watch the one downstairs in the lobby (really)? There was gentleman standing behind the desk with the female attendant, and I asked, could you just come up look and try. His expression was disappointing; however, he came up to look, and I figured out the situation, I asked to unplug the tv from the wall (which I helped move the furniture), and plug it into surge protector, which fixed the problem. The electrical outlet in the wall did not work.

Breakfast was easy and I had enough to chose with my allergy

Everything was good. The universal machine in the gym was complicated enough that it would benefit from a chart or diagram to make use easier. We did some guessing and were marginally successful.

Location

Elevator not working.
