The hallway smells like the carpet could use a good steam cleaning, or replaced, our room window had mildew around it, the floor was wet around the air conditioning, and our room was suppose to have a sofa bed along with the king bed but was no sofa!

The staff was always very nice.

The hotel seems to have a large number of mechanical issues. The 1st room had a mold smell and we were able to be moved. However the next room had a broken faucet. Luckily we noticed it before we stayed there. The next option had bugs in the bathroom. They were likely harmless, but we were moved again. When we were moving out of the last room, my son noticed that his Nintendo Switch was wet. It had been on the floor. His shoes were also wet. The hotel's response was that if we had told them, they would have moved us, but we didn't notice until we were checking out. Maybe they just had a rash of bad luck with rooms, but I suspect that their general maintenance is somewhat lacking. Lacking. I also suspect that they might have a roof leak or something.
