Check-in was smooth. The location was great for our purpose. Rooms were pretty cheap and the property was easily accessible. Had a gas station next door that helped with quick supplies.

We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the first room had cockroaches. We first asked for bug spray and the attendant on duty came to our room but in the meantime we realized we wouldn't be able to sleep with the room smelling like bug spray, so we asked if we could change rooms. He just said yes and walked out of the room without saying another word. We expected him to come back to our room with new keycards for another room but ended up waiting 15 minutes to nothing. I ended up going to the front desk and he was very rude. He said I had to hand over the room keys first and only then would he give us the new keys, which means we had to wait in the corridor until he decided to hand over the keys. Just as I was leaving the reception, he had a change of mind and decided to hand over the new keycard, only after which we managed to have a somewhat smooth transfer.
