Location and the staff
Some of the facilities aren’t finished being renovated yet, so sometimes the property will be sold out before it’s actually out of rooms.

The staff is very much improved and the location
Some of the people lingering across the street

Friendly staff and great location
Hot water takes about 10 - 15 mine to actually get hot, so plan accordingly.

The bed and bathroom were clean. It was convenient to downtown. There was a very polite young man working the front desk the day we arrived. He was super helpful.
The lady at the front desk was a real piece of work. She kept trying to charge my card over and over again.
The place was filthy on the outside. Drugs, prostitution, the ppl that stayed there looked suspicious. The room next door had dogs that would not shut up the entire first night. We didn’t sleep.
