The room was clean and the staff was friendly! The location was close to the wedding we were going to and that was convenient! The free breakfast was good and the room was kept tidy, clean and organized!
The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi in our room was broken and we were unable to use the jets. It was like taking a bath instead! We originally asked for a room with a pull out couch (like a living room style area) to relax in and we got a broken jacuzzi instead for our suite!

Breakfast was good, except for the coffee.
The coffee was horrible. The 'coffee' extract and hot water did not even taste like coffee. We had to go into Le Claire to get some coffee. Also, the room walls had large patches of missing paint and the stairwell smelled of very old plastic.

Good location
The lobby is beautiful but we had a first floor room that was dingy and not the cleanest. We food straws and food wrappers between the night stand and beds, dirt all over the curtains/blinds, had a “old” smell to it, wallpaper was peeling etc
