Loved the staff and the rooms. The bed was very comfy.
It was a bit noisy with the road noise but that cannot be helped. I also wish there was a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee was good at breakfast.

The hotel is located just south of town with easy access to the highway and to downtown Idaho Falls. We were upgraded to a king room, which had a sofa and a lot of space. The people at the front desk were helpful, kind, and informative. We enjoyed Idaho Falls and would stay here again.

Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean.
I didn’t like that we could see the cars on the freeway fairly close, luckily it wasn’t noisy. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everything from the other room and had to whisper the entire time because we were afraid to get yelled at again. The breakfast was all picked over by the time we got there at a quarter after 8, so we had to eat out.
