Quality Inn Pontiac

The service was great; the staff was was very welcoming.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Small lobby. Only two bath towels in the room. Mini ironing board.

The rooms were very spacious compared to many places we have stayed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of them even came upstairs to fix our TV one night because the picture was not clear.

The amenities here leave a bit to be desired. There is no pool at this hotel, and it was in the 90s when we visited. There is also no gathering area. We were at this hotel with a lot of family that we had not seen in a long time,, but there was nowhere to sit and visit except going into one of the hotel rooms. We sat in the hallway one night, since the others were in bed, careful to not be too loud, but the staff told us that another party had complained that they could hear us talking. Also, we were gathering one morning in the breakfast area, but they would not allow us to stay there, even though we only wanted to use the area to talk and visit.

Quiet and good parking

No elevator, no ice machine on 2nd floor , stair well was dirty. Bathroom GFI kept tripping
