Baymont by Wyndham Richmond I-70

The breakfast was phenomenal! Richard is a sweet older gentleman and he makes the best eggs I've ever had! They also had a lovely selection to choose from, such as bacon, sausage, yogurts, muffins, juices, cereals, and more. Our room was clean and comfortable. When we needed towels or extra toilet paper the front desk was more than happy to assist.

There is no elevator, which didn't bother us, but it could be difficult for others. The outside side door doesn't have a safety feature to keep random people from coming in, but the area seemed safe. There were a few things that needed attention in the room like the doors on the closet, the peep hole on the door, and the fan in the bathroom never turned on. My husband used the hot tub and he said it didn't really work well and could use a good cleaning. It also would have been nice to have a pamphlet of the channels on the TV and how to use the "free" WIFI- note you need to be a free member of the Wyndham Rewards.

needs to be updated, the sink crack and the stain, the carpet is old, TV never works, this is the second time I stayed. Both times the TV doesn't work in the room, I am tired of asking this time.
