Comfort Inn & Suites Lawrenceburg

Staff was very nice and informative about restaurants and sites. Breakfast was good with many choices. Coffee was great! We will be back next year!

The breakfast choices are very good. My bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for the 3 of us.

Whatever cleaner the housekeeping people use smells terrible.

I was impressed by the incredible helpfulness of the desk agent, Ashley. We had an issue with you - booking.com - at the checkin and Ashley went far beyond expectation to resolve the issue in my favor.

snafu with payment through booking.com; agent contacted booking.com - but b.com could not respond directly. I contacted b.com, they tried, then informed me Comfort Inn said they could not give me a room when Comfort Inn had already given me a room. It seemed to be untrue at worst, and inaccurate (or careless) at best.

The hotel was in close proximity to the Creation Museum which was good for us.

The hotel was nice but I have asthma from my allergies which include dogs, cats and molds. I requested a room that had no pets and was assured that I received one. However, the room smelled like a wet dog. I am sure it was from the carpet because otherwise the room was perfectly clean. My asthma kicked in so it was hard to breath. I realize that you want to accommodate people with pets but there are a lot of people who are allergic to pets as well. I ended up with an upper respiratory infection so I will not be able to patronize the Comfort Inn any more in my travels. But in yourr defense you are just one of many hotels who cater to those with pets.
