It was clean, the location was what I needed, and the price was reasonable. The free breakfast was in line with norms.
My next door neighbor apparently sleeps with the TV on. It's partly my fault for not calling the front desk.
Also... the shower was out of body wash, which I discovered too late. The $100 damages hold had me taking pictures of the room on the way out, just in case. Maybe they've had problems. Sigh.

Interior was completely remodelled
The exterior was a little run down with little street appeal

It was super close to ND and the concert.
It had dead bugs in the bathroom and a huge spider on the ceiling. It was very musty in the room. It also reeked of marajuana in the lobby and hallways and elevator.
