The property wasn’t bad at all .

My room had a weird smell to it , and hardly any tv channels available to watch ..

Sink was cracked.

It met the needs I had. It felt relatively safe.

Some (not all) of the staff didn't seem altogether excited to be there.

The bed was decent.

I was promised a hot breakfast all they had was scrambled eggs nothing to go with it. Nowhere on the website did it say that they were doing construction or that the pool would be closed. I'm not too happy with booking.com either.I cannot get a hold of anyone to let them know about my concerns.. I was charged One price from booking.com but when the hotel printed my receipt out it showed a smaller amount. Why can I not get a phone number to talk to a real person whatever happened to customer service?
