Comfort Inn Red Horse Frederick

Hard to remember, given that I'm being asked to rate this 2 months after staying there.

Fast, nice and it worked!

Same bulbs didn’t work and the alarm clock was out of time, so confused me when I woke up.

Convenience to the interstate. Breakfast was very good.

The location was great. They accommodated our early check, and that was amazing since we had driven through the night.

The hotel elevator was inspected in 2024. Very slow moving and had to press open for the door to open, but there was no sign tell you to do that. Bedding had small holes in it, but sheets were clean. Big black smudge on ceiling and one on the lampshade. Toilet was super hard to flush....had to do it multiple times to work. Had to ask EVERY day for new towels and we got back to the room twice and the towels weren't delivered. Had to ask for more toilet paper and shampoo. Never cleaned the room and we were there for 5 nights. When we asked the lady in the hall to at least take our garbage, she had an attitude. Hard to imagine staying there again. May try the Executive location next time.
