Comfort Suites Ramsey

The location was very difficult to get to with two with three several close turn that even our GPS couldn’t figure out.

The manager was excellent in handling the check in. She rectified the situation that was not a good start.

This was the 2nd time we have checked into this hotel in two weeks. The first time we had to move to another room because the automated blackout window screen would not operate. They upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. When we checked in the following Thursday the first two rooms were still not cleaned. The manager herself cleaned a jacuzzi room and we moved in there about an hour after waiting. They compensated us on the bill. Very responsible management.

The two queen suite was nicely updated and roomy.

Everything I saw was satisfactory. No complaints.

I liked the room itself as well as the pool.

Multiple days without refill of necessities. No one emptied our trash or cleaned the entire stay.
