Red Lion Inn & Suites Blue Springs

Professional, efficient and friendly, the office runs like a well oiled machine the rooms were absolutely spotless check in was quick and easy I recommend if you need a good night's rest or a home away from home look no further. Thank you to the staff and especially Sweety.

Front desk staff was telling me about another guest I did not know(including their room number)because I had the same first name. He then proceeded to tell me that there was also a guest in the hotel with the same last name as me, and tried to find their check in paperwork TO SHOW IT TO ME. If there is a "HIPAA" type regulation for hotels, and I hope to Christ that there is, this man violated it BIG-TIME. There was also another guest just hanging out at the front desk and I think she is a long-term tenant.

Rm was clean and comfortable Pool was nice temp

Food was terrible. Biscuits were so dried out you couldn't eat them or bagels. No gravy and no butter Sausage was swimming in grease Not good at all Floor was being vacuumed and washed while people were eating
