The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I liked the Concord postcard in the room!
Can't think of anything.

Very welcoming staff, clean facility, ample space, comfortable bed. We had our dog with us and the extra fee ($25.00) was reasonable. Very conveniently located off the interstate.
No complaints

Beds are very comfortable! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here before and it was great so it may have been just a one time issue
It lacked cleanliness a lot, I had a handicapped room and the shower chair was covered in a hair and was dirty, there was also still hair and a dirty washcloth in the shower. The toilet also didn't flush well and would rise all the way to the top and then slowly flush. The blanket also had a weird red stain as well.
