I would say this place was okay, but not very good. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option in this area, then this could be a reasonable choice, especially since the other places nearby were more expensive. However, the hotel we stayed at in New York City was actually cheaper and offered better facilities overall. The location itself was quiet and nice. The bedding was clean, but I did notice a slightly strange smell, which made me feel like the hotel might be an older property that is not maintained as well as it could be. The staff was okay, but they were not particularly friendly, especially during the night. The night staff member basically gave us the key and seemed like she just wanted us to leave her alone, haha. 😅 I wouldn't say she was rude, though. The bathroom gets a **2/10** from me. It was clean, but it was very small compared to the room. The shower curtain was also too long and kept touching us while we were showering, which caused water to get everywhere. However, they did replace the towels and shower curtain every day, which was nice. We had a window in the room, but we didn't feel comfortable opening it because we didn't feel very secure about having the outside visible or accessible. If you are traveling alone, you might feel a little uncomfortable about that. Overall, the place was clean, quiet, and reasonably safe, but I wouldn't say it is the best. For a budget stay in this area, it is okay, especially if the other hotels are too expensive.

I think everything could be improved. It’s a nice location with a large property, and they could make it much better by replacing some of the older items with new ones and making a few small improvements. With some updates and better maintenance, they could really make the most of the location and property.

Staff was awesome, place was clean and way better than what I paid for. No smell of weed etc that you expect from temporary lodgings.

A guy (customer) brought a vicious breed of dog and was offended when seeing it in my face caught me off guard making me step back. I am not one to back down, so exchanged words. Sole bad experience during 5 days of stay on the site.

I like the staff really friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. They offered a shuttle service for the night to and from the conference that was also really good!

The price was way to high for one night.

The check in staff person and comfortable bed.

Old stale smell in the room. Felt like a trucker overnight stop with the corridor smell inside.
