Quality Inn Upper Sandusky

I thought that the breakfast selection was excellent, everything was well prepared and fresh.

Nothing at this time

nice layout easily accessible

It was convenient for our employees working in the area

It needs some updating Carpet needs replaced Bathroom needs some work and cleaning

The breakfast was good - probably was the highlight of our stay.

Our biggest complaint was the stairs. Both me and my wife are disabled. There was no elevator and they put us on the second floor. After we realized this, We complained at the front desk. The staff made absolutely no effort to address that problem. They didn't offer to transfer us to a different room. Instead, they tried to explain that not every hotel has elevators. Frankly, I didn't care whether other hotels had elevators, I only cared that my wife fell trying to climb the stairs and would not have been able to make it if our son hadn't been there to support her.
