The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good.
We arrived for check in at approx 12:01 am. There was already a line of people to check in, at least 8 deep. It was an anticipated heavy time for folks to check in, there should have been more staff to help. It took 30 minutes to check in and get to our room. Also the rooms did not block any sound from the hallway, adults and kids were screaming in the halls after 12:30 am.

Standard hotel.what you would expect from a comfort inn.
Breakfast was busy and food was not refreshed quickly enough. Pool was cold and deck was dirty.

Front desk check in/ check out staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Waited less than 5 minutes to be checked in. Staff seemed to enjoy their job.
Room smelled like mold, our room was on the second floor and the window was unlocked with no screen. Upon opening the curtains, we discovered the lock was stuck. It took about 10 minutes to get it to lock. Several spider webs and spiders in/on window. Bathroom had torn towels hung up and did not seem to have been detail cleaned. Corners had dirt/debre pushed into them. Carpet in room was dirty. One of the suggested exits close to our room had very strong garbage/rotting smell.
