The staff, location, breakfast included, and the pool.
Older property with an odd smell and some of the other customers in the hotel. One family ate ALL the cooked food and since it was close to breakfast end, staff was unable to cook more but did allow all the cold foods the kids wanted.

All was good… and serviceable

Great for what we needed. Breakfast was good with some hot items. Our room with a king bed was larger than expected. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have had.
Bottom of bare feet walking around in the room got very dirty. No towel bars in the bathroom, only 2 small hooks on back of bathroom door for hanging towels and clothes.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice.
The whole reason for the stay was a grandma weekend with grandkids. Swimming was the most looked forward to part. The pool was freezing! Pool area was lacking in all areas. It was dark & cold even out of the water. When children don’t want to stay in, you know it’s too cold!
