Travelodge by Wyndham Rapid City - Black Hills

Comfortable, clean rooms. Beds were very comfortable. We slept thru our alarms because the beds were so comfortable. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. They offer a wheel in shower large bathroom and beds are not so tall one has to jump to get in it. Was extremely pleased

Staff were very polite. Housekeepers were very polite, conscientious and hard working. Rooms were very clean.

Absolutely no business recognition on the building or in the lobby. I really did not know if I was in the right place. This is extremely important for seniors.

The price and the staff was very friendly!

Facility is in bad need of updating. We were on the first floor and we kept hearing cars and outside noise very loudly. My husband went over and pulled back the curtains and the window was open. The lock on the window was broken off. It appears someone might have been coming in from the outside. The sheer had a tear in it about a foot and a half long. We called the front desk and they only had a room upstairs. My husband is having health problems right now, so we didn't want to move upstairs since you don't have an elevator. Also, a bad odor was coming from the air conditioner.
