Although the building is clearly older, It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast was great. Lots of options.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and we were able to unwind after the music festival. Lots of hot water and great water pressure.
The first floor was very noisy, more than just breakfast - go to the 3rd floor. We had to go to the desk for several items, including light bulbs. But overall, it was a very good stay.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant, however not always available. The beds were decently comfortable and it appeared and smelled clean. Breakfast wasn't bad at all.
The location was terrible. The best part was the restaurant, Perkins, across the street. The pool was 4' and small. I did not feel the price was worth the accommodations. Comparably I spent as much there as I have some really nice hotels, the quality just wasn't there. It's an older establishment and they work hard to keep it painted and clean, but it's not worth the price.
