The room was well-appointed and clean. Everything worked. The person at the desk when we arrived was very helpful.
For me the bed was too soft and the breakfast could have been better (but I think people who came out early took a lot). Also, two exits/entrances were not working. (But thanks for the sign on one saying the card reader was out of order.) These are very small issues, though.

Clean and comfortable - the bed was a dream! Very comfortable. I slept so well, I missed breakfast :(
We got what we paid for - everything was as advertised and expected.

We got a handicap room but it needed two beds not a fold out couch.
It was in the middle of road construction and GPS had us going in circles. It was nice but it needed shower benches for the shower.

The reception area was very nice. Breakfast was good and well maintained. The room was a good size and had a microwave, refrigerator and mini coffee.
The tub had an area with rust or something that they’d tried to somewhat patch over. The tub didn’t drain well. From very first starting the shower, it collected water faster than it drained out. The pool was shut down due to “weather” but looked green. The sheets may have been laundered but did not smell fresh. They had an oily skin smell.
