The staff was so amazing. There was one guy that worked overnight named Jacob that was gruff, rude, and acted like he didn't want to be there. Martha, Vivian, Jason, and Diego were super nice and friendly and we loved them. The room was so clean, needs new shower heads though. All the housekeeping staff was so nice.
The breakfast needed more of a selection. We didn't utilize the breakfast. Powdered eggs, microwave bacon, bagels, toast, waffle makers and cereal. They kept hot coffee going for ask the guests downstairs at the front desk and during breakfast hours.

Stairs to upper floors are convenient.
Lack of maintenance and trash receptacles overflowing. Charged 50$ for one pet.
