The location at the outskirt of Kanab. It was more calm and more quiet.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly- saw someone’s snack in the bathroom corner and dust along beds. The curtain had holes. The breakfast wasn’t the best either - eggs and some not so tasty meet slices. Option to make waffles and have white bread sandwiches. Was missing some fruit and vegetables.

Good location, good breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was very nice.

The staff, front desk clerks were not helpful and rude in nature. Manager was worse. We were charged the full amount of stay before we arrived. I explained that on booking.com I paid more for the room to not pre pay. The manager and night clerk told us that due to booking with a 3rd party they do not have to abide by those rules. The party that I was with had intentions of splitting the bill, and was told that was not allowed either. We would have to work it out amongst ourselves. Not sure who is at fault here, booking.com for misleading information or the lack of working with the customer by the hotel. Either way I will not book at the hotel again or use booking.com. In addition, the internet to the tv did not work and the curtain rod broke during our stay.
