The bed felt like heaven, I don't know if it was because we had a long day but the bed was better than we could have ever asked for.
There were a lot of men outside the front door smoking who looked like they worked at the hotel, they were very intimidating as you had to walk by to get inside, no smiles or hellos as we walked past. Very uncomfortable and off putting when walking into to stay.

Our toilet was tipping and the gentleman did everything he could to get that fixed for us. Then cleaned the floor and made sure we were satisfied. He went above and beyond to help make it right. I cannot climb stairs so moving rooms was not an option.
The cleaning staff should of turned that toilet issue in prior to our arrival and we would not of had to have maintenance in and out for 3 hours. It was a very obvious issue.

Very outdated in the rooms and the pool was cloudy and no more hot tub.
